You are SO important to the LP Kids Team! We need you! Please show up on time, give it your all, and be faithful with the responsibility entrusted to you.

"Whatever work you do, do it with all your heart. Do it for the Lord and not for men. (Colossians 3:23)

BE KIND

Ministry is all about people, so to be effective in ministry, you'll need to reflect God's heart for people. With kids, parents, other volunteers, and our staff, treat people with gentleness, forgiveness, patience, kindness and love.

"Hold them in the highest regard in love because of their work. Live in peace with each other. And we urge you, brothers and sisters, warn those who are idle and disruptive, encourage the disheartened, help the weak, be patient with everyone." (1 Thessalonians 5:13-14)

BE LIKE JESUS

Kids leaders have a huge influence in the lives of kids. While we don't expect you to be perfect, we do expect you to strive to make wise decisions, to glorify God with your lives, and to look more like Jesus every day-especially in key areas like your treatment of others, social media presence, and drug or alcohol use.

TIME TO SIGN!

I have read the LP Kids Handbook. I understand the current mission and strategy of our ministry and will support the vision and leadership.

I will follow through on my responsibilities. If I can’t, for whatever reason, I will inform the ministry leaders as soon as possible knowing they will need time to find a replacement.

I understand the expectations of my role and will work hard to fulfill them. If I’m having trouble fulfilling any of my expectations, I will communicate with the ministry leaders and ask for help.

This signature indicates that I have read through the volunteer handbook, and have made the decision to serve in the LP Kids Ministry. I understand that my time and talents may be asked of me outside of a Sunday morning, but it is not mandatory unless stated. I understand that I am expected to follow the guidelines as outlined in this handbook, and that if I fail to adhere to these policies, I may be removed from serving with the LP Kids Ministry team.
