- Facility requests are approved on a “first come, first served” basis.
- Submission of this form is not a guarantee of approval for your event.
- The Facilities Manager will contact you for approval or denial of your request. Please allow up to 3 weeks response time.
- If you are approved, additional paperwork may need to be completed to confirm your event.
*NOTE: Due to the volume of requests and limited availability, our facility is only used for such events as memorials and wedding ceremonies. It is not available for personal (non-ministry) use – this includes baby showers, wedding showers, birthday parties, grad parties, etc.
