  • Facility requests are approved on a “first come, first served” basis.
  • Submission of this form is not a guarantee of approval for your event. 
  • Please allow up to 3 weeks response time. The Facilities Manager will contact you for approval or denial of your request. 
  • If you are approved, additional paperwork will need to be completed to confirm your event.

*NOTE: Due to the volume of requests and limited availability, our facility is only used for memorials and wedding ceremonies. It is not available for personal use, including baby showers, wedding showers, birthday parties, grad parties, etc.
